My brother is at beacon. I went to see him today. The staff seems nice and caring. My brother said that they feed him good and they keep him busy with activities. But the one thing I don't like is that, they only give you 30 minutes for visits and i drove 3 hours to see him for his birthday. Also he only gets one phone call per day (incoming or outgoing) and that one phone call is only 10 minutes.
The Director of Therapeutic Services is an amazing woman. Truly has a heart for the job, and cares about every child she encounters.
I was a patient here and when I was there it was awesome really friendly staff the counselor was super nice I wish I remembered her name but she made it really easy to open up to her and she seemed to genuinely care about the patients and the best part was it was a fun safe environment and it really helped I would recommend this hospital to any parent concerned about their kid and you can visit them everyday and call then
I loved it there, everyone was super nice and the food was amazing. It was super clean and the staff was great. They helped me not miss my mom so much and helped me get comfortable
